Freedom of Information Act

The City Clerk is the designated Freedom of Information Coordinator for the City of the Village of Douglas. Inquiries may require a Freedom of Information request.

Guidelines: A request needs to be sent in writing to the FOIA Coordinator via postal mail, email, fax or in person. Documents requested may be viewed or copied. There may be a charge for the time necessary to gather the documents as well as a fee for copying the information.
